Our Mission
Our Mission is to empower Women, Young girls, Gender Expansive individuals, and BIPOC community. By providing impactful programs through Mentorship, Education, Job opportunities, Events, Mental Health and Wellness, Domestic Violence resources, and more, our ultimate goal is to combat inequality caused by systematic racism.
Mentorship
We mentor Women and Young girls. With a focus on Music and Media we advise, guide and assist our mentees every step of the way.
Education
We offer classes in Music Business, Filming, Marketing, Job search and Interviewing,
Entrupeneurship
We teach students how to start a business and offer advisory and resources throughout the process.
Mental Health
Mental Health is important and so we include Mental Health practices and resources for those in need.
What We Do!
Community
Queenality Cares offers a safe space for women and young girls to connect and collaborate creating a place to build community of women.
Environmental
We believe in taking care of our Planet. And so we created a program encouraging and promoting recycling goods, proper disposals and reducing waste as much as possible. ​
Events
We produce, host, and collaborate on local events to help create platforms and opportunities for our members and mentees.
DEI
Diversity, Equity and inclusion is important. Recognizing and Identifying the effects of institutional racism educates and reminds our leaders that we need programs to help bridge the wealth and educational gap. Hence we are strong advocates in keeping this cause at the forefront to help BIPOC communities strengthen.
